Privacy policy

Updated 2026-10-26

Tornivo is a platform to run indoor and beach volleyball tournaments: calendar, registrations, live results and rankings. This policy explains what data we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What we keep

Your email, so you can sign in with a link and no password. We don't store passwords.

Your name and the names you enter when registering: partners, team members, team name and whether someone is a coach. Those people don't need an account.

Tournament data: registrations, whether the organizer marked the payment as received, matches, point-by-point results, placings and ranking points.

The emails of referees and admins an organizer adds, and the documents they upload (rules, schedules).

We don't ask for ID numbers, date of birth, phone or payment details. Payments happen outside Tornivo.

What is public

Tournaments are public: anyone can see entrants' names, matches, results, tables, final placings and rankings, including when a club shows them on its own website. Your email is never shown publicly.

What we use it for

Only to make tournaments work: signing you in, showing your registrations, building pools and brackets, publishing results and computing rankings.

A tournament's organizer sees that tournament's registrations, including who paid, to run it. Tornivo's administrator gets email notices when organizations and tournaments are created and when registrations close.

We don't sell or share your data with advertisers, and we don't use ads or tracking tools.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with providers that run the service: Supabase (database, files and sign-in), Vercel (the website) and Google (sending emails). They may be on servers outside Paraguay.

We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

How long

For as long as your account exists. Results and rankings of tournaments already played are part of the sporting record and are kept; on request we can correct or remove your name from them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or close your account, by writing to arenavolley.py@gmail.com. For a misspelled name in a tournament, you can also ask the organizer, who can fix it from their dashboard.

If you register other people (your partner or team), you confirm they allowed you to enter their names.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. Questions: arenavolley.py@gmail.com.
